- Lead on the development, deliver and annual review of NHS Highland’s screening inequalities plan: to address barriers to screening experienced by underserved groups.

- National KPIs and outcomes set out in NHS Highland’s Screening Inequalities plan 2023-26.

Demonstrate an improvement of data metrics for the national newborn bloodspot screening programme for NHS Highland.

- Research and develop a Standard Operational Procedure for Highland HSCP.
- Develop, promote and share best practice tools with relevant maternity and paediatric staff.

- Increase in access for screening for children (movers in) under the age of 1.
- Timely process and transit of samples to Glasgow laboratory.
