Objective(s)

To co-ordinate, develop and deliver a training support function to build capacity of staff and partners in the delivery of health improvement activities.

Delivery Team

• All staff in health improvement have the expectation of supporting and delivering relevant training opportunities.

Activities

• Development and promotion of the health improvement training prospectus: learning and development for health improvement.
• Development of SmartSurvey evaluation tool for all provided training courses.
• Co-ordination of trainers and training delivered.
• Co-ordination of Trainers network within health improvement.

Governance

• No overall governance is in place.

Performance Measures/Outcomes

• Numbers of courses offered.
• Numbers of people who attend.
• Results of the smartsurvey evaluation.
• Follow on evaluation for specific courses to provide information on application of learning.
