Areas of Work (Programmes)
My main area of work is to provide programme and project management support to the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) programme in Argyll & Bute. Providing advice and support on TEC to staff and partner organisation organisations, link in to existing and new opportunities on change management and redesign that could be supported by TEC. Link appropriate TEC to Health Improvement work streams such as Living it Up.
